5,000+ volunteers are already flying one of QWELL’s free “One4All” rainbow flags.
Their courage is critical.
In these times, it takes courage to fly a rainbow flag in Texas because there is risk.
Today, Texans have reason to fear the potential repercussions of sticking their necks out for LGBTQIA+ people.
But there’s strength in numbers.

Why are we so obsessed with rainbow flags?
3.5%
When 3.5% of a population joins a movement, it becomes inevitable.
That’s what the social science research shows. If we can get at least 3.5% of Texans flying a rainbow flag, we can change Texas forever.
We know that more than 3.5% of Texans support LGBTQIA+ people.
In your own life, you probably know supportive family, friends, and coworkers who would each be willing to fly a rainbow flag to support you and LGBTQIA+ people like you.
Now we have to help them build up the courage to fly a rainbow flag.
And make it easy by providing FREE rainbow flags for anyone who can’t afford to buy their own.
The risk of flying a rainbow flag will go down because of the power of social proof.
The more rainbow flags flying,

Especially now.
Fear is motivating those who oppose us. (When conservatives feel safe, they become more liberal.)
Fear of “the Other” is being stoked to destroy our country.
Attacks on flags flying at churches, homes, and businesses are a form of domestic terrorism, intended to make us more afraid.
But YOU? You’re courageous – you feel the fear and fly your rainbow flag anyway.
Once we recognize that fear is the tool being used against us, we can consciously deliver its antidote.
We’d like to give away at least 1,000 rainbow flags every month.
Together, we can change Texas.
We have the power.
We have the strength.
We have the numbers.
DO WE HAVE THE COURAGE?
